Abstract
The method for the assessment of hemodynamics using integrated hemodynamic parameter comprises determining arterial, pulse, mean blood pressure and heart rate. The integral assessment of hemodynamic components is defined as the ratio of the squared sum of pulse and average arterial pressure to the squared heart rate. G > 4 suggests the hyperkinetic type of hemodynamics requiring the larger dose of local anesthetics administered into peridural space and the use of narcotic analgesics. G < 2 suggests the hypokinetic type of hemodynamics requiring the reduction of the dose of anesthetics and the infusion therapy for correction.
