Abstract
Устройство и способ обеспечивают поддержание регулирования температуры низкоплавких соединений, полимеров, характеризующихся высокой текучестью расплава, и термочувствительных материалов для гранулирования таких материалов. Добавление перед пластиной экструзионной головки охлаждающего экструдера и при желании второго охладителя расплава обеспечивает регулирование теплофизических, сдвиговых и реологических характеристик материалов, которые характеризуются узким диапазоном плавления, и полимерных смесей, композиций, дисперсий или растворов. В этом случае для данных материалов, которые трудно гранулировать иным образом, аппаратура и способ могут обеспечить достижение высокой степени регулирования с целью получения консистентных однородных гранул, которые характеризуются низким уровнем содержания влаги.
