Abstract

Предложен способ непрерывного литья стальных черновых профилей, особенно двутавровых, в котором жидкая сталь подается, в сущности, вертикально в формовочное пространство проточного кристаллизатора (1), при этом поперечное сечение этого пространства состоит из двух секций (2,3) полок и одной секции (4) стенки, при этом оказывают воздействие с помощью генерируемых магнитными полюсами магнитных полей на жидкую сердцевину заготовки чернового профиля, причем частично затвердевшая заготовка чернового профиля поступает в направляющую, оборудованную вторичным охлаждением, в котором генерируют бегущие э
