Abstract

Данное изобретение касается поэтапного способа производства соединений титана-алюминия и некоторых титановых сплавов, а также интерметалидних соединений и сплавов титана-алюминия. На первом этапе некоторое количество алюминия смешивают с некоторым количеством хлорида алюминия (АlСl), а затем к этой смеси добавляют некоторое количество хлорида титана (TiСl). Смесь нагревают до температуры менее 220 ° С с образованием продукта TiСl, алюминия и АlСl. На втором этапе, причем при необходимости можно добавить еще алюминий, смесь снова нагревают до температуры выше 900 °С с образованием соединений титана-алюминия. Этот способ обеспечивает в результате производство порошковых форм соединений титана-алюминия с контролируемым составом. Также описано приемлемое устройство реактора.
