Abstract

Группа изобретений относится к термообработке отходов и/или биомассы, которые содержат углерод. Влажный уплотненный материал почти полностью высушивают в сушильной камере введением в него горячего сушильного газа параллельно с потоком материала. Потом уплотненный материал продвигают в том же направлении в термообрабатывающий реактор и нагревают до температуры термообработки 200-400 градусов С. Для этого используют горячий термообрабатывающий газ с низкой концентрацией кислорода, который протекает противоположно к потоку материала. Термообработанный материал становится гидрофобным и приобретает больший показатель удельной теплоты сгорания. Изобретение способствуют более точному регулированию температуры термообработки.
