Abstract
The invention relates to devices for fine grinding thermolabile bulk materials and materials liable to aggregation and sticking and can be used for forage production, chemical, building, food and other industries. A dismembrator includes a cylindrical body, a rotor vertically located therein with concentrically arranged rows of fingers, between which rows of stator grinding elements are located, which are made in the form of plates and installed at an angle to the vector of circular velocity of the rotor, peripheral concentric row of stator plates is made for entire width of the body and has a window. On the rotor back side plates are fastened in the form of centrifugal blower blades, the windows are made according thereto and an unloading pipe is made on the entire body width. The invention provides more effective grinding by preventing crushing products overheating and aggregation and cohesion of the dismembrator working bodies.
