The method for treating antiphospholipid syndrome provides for the background therapy (diet, glucocorticosteroids, immunosuppressive agents, anticoagulants, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, plasmapheresis). Plasmapheresis is performed every other day, 15-20 procedures in total with removal of 300-400 mL of plasma at each procedure.
