Abstract
A process for the synthesis of thallium thioindate comprises the arrangement of elementary components to ampoule from quartz glass, vacuum evaporation of ampoule, heating of ampoule content to temperature of synthesis and cooling of ampoule. Thallium and indium are arranged in one part of ampoule, and sulphur separately from thallium and indium. The ampoule area with thallium and indium is heated to temperature of 950-1000 °C, and sulphur to temperature of 300-350 °C and after that sulphur melt is brought into contact with thallium and indium with separate doses.
