The method for treating the patients with post-infarction cardiosclerosis with concomitant non-alcoholic steatohepatitis provides for the use of antiaggregants, statins, β-adrenoblockers, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors and/or the blockers of angiotensin II receptors, Trimetazidin MB and Ivabradin. In addition, Phosphogliv is used as hepatoprotector.
