The method for the laparoscopic radical prostatectomy comprises the separation of the prostate, the dissection of prostate from the urinary bladder, the separation of the seminal vesicles, the dissection of the prostate from urethra, the posterior reconstruction of the fascial structure of the lesser pelvis, urethrocystoanastomosis, and the anterior reconstruction. The prostate is dissected from urethra following the separation of prostate along its posterior surface.
