Abstract
The invention relates to area of technical training means, in particular to devices for training welders in technique, mostly at manual welding with fusible electrode, and for welding with non-fusible electrode in medium of inert gases, for training welders in correct psycho-motor skills directed on support of normative values of arc length, angles of inclination of welding electrode, rate of supply of doping material to welding zone, rate of welding and heat mode of welding bath at implementation of real welding process. Welder’s arc stimulator has current indicator, voltage indicator, normalizing amplifiers number of which corresponds to number of inputs of indicators, multi-channel analog-digital transformer, personal computer connected to audio-output of computer, device for representation of sound signals of back communication with welder that is being trained, source of welding current, manipulator with welding sample. Welding instrument, at that output of each indicator is connected to input of respective normalizing amplifier, outputs of normalizing amplifiers are connected to inputs of analog-digital transformer output of which is connected to data bus of personal computer. Additional current indicator is included, two-coordinate indicator of angular positions of welding electrode, block for control of doping material supply and four additional normalizing amplifiers, at that to input of one of those input of additional current indicator is connected, to the inputs of the second and the third ones – outputs of two-coordinate indicator of angular positions of welding electrode, to input of the fourth one – output of block for control of supply of doping material, one pole of source of welding current is connected to current lead of electrode of welding instrument and the other pole – to point of connection of two current supply branches, each of those with the other point is connected to one of two current leads of manipulator, there welding sample is installed and fixed with opposite in its length ends, at that to one of branches first current indicator is included, and to the other one – additional. Use of welder’s simulator proposed is to make it possible to increase effectiveness of personnel training, this is top increase substantially effectiveness of operation in real conditions.
