Abstract
Изобретение относится к самомикроэмульгирующейся базовой композиции, которая состоит из: пропофола и поверхностно-активного вещества, содержащего полиэтиленгликоль, причем неионное поверхностно-активное вещество включено в способную к самомикроэмульгированию базовую композицию в концентрации около 8 частей или более неионного поверхностно-активного вещества на одну часть пропофола. Базовая композиция не содержит ни одного другого неионного поверхностно-активного вещества, отличного от отмеченного неионного поверхностно-активного вещества, которое содержит полиэтиленгликоль, где самомикроэмульгирующаяся базовая композиция является оптически прозрачной жидкостью, безводной, гомогенной и пригодной для применения при получении микроэмульсии путем смешивания базовой композиции с жидким носителем.
