Abstract

A method of crystallization from the solutions includes introduction of the stock solution in the zone of crystallization, vacuum cooling of solution, which is accompanied by isolation of solid phase and formation of secondary steam, condensation of secondary steam by circulating intermediate cold carrier cooled in the heat exchanger, discharge of suspension to the unit of separation, removal of noncondensed steam-gas mixture into the vacuum system, discharge of worked out cold carrier for regeneration. For the purpose of reduction of capital and operational costs, avoidance of environmental pollution and losses of end product, 1.5-15% of worked out cold carrier is taken from the main flow and concentrated with the aid of membrane device, moving away from it solvent in the amount equal to the amount of condensate of secondary steam. Then concentrated cold carrier with remained part of worked out cold carrier is mixed up.
