Abstract
A gas generator of humid biomass contains heat-insulated vertical housing, batch hopper, cone oxidizing chamber with device for supply of blasting air, reducing chamber and fire grass, separating reducing chamber from ash box with removing of generator gas from the lower part of gas generator over the fire grass through gas-removing sockets to customers, ash-removing mean and tubular heat exchanger in gas collector. Additionally it contains pipeline for removing of gas-vapor mixture from gas generator and device for control of amount of such mixture depending on parameters and the stage of gasification process, gas pump, and steel cylindrical plane.
