Abstract
Способ переработки навоза и стоков животноводческих комплексов включает гидроразмыв, разделение на твердую и жидкую фракции, обеззараживание и биологическую очистку жидкой фракции, разделение навоза на фракции с получением твердой фракции влажностью 32-60 %, которая в дальнейшем подлежит досушиванию до влажности 20 % и формированию топливных брикетов, причем как топливо для сушилок используются топливные брикеты. В твердую фракцию после сушки добавляют отходы деревообратывающей промышленности, отходы послеуборочной обработки зерновых культур (резка соломы, полова), переработки продукции растениеводства (лузга семян подсолнечника), в общем соотношении до 50 %.
