Abstract
The invention relates to metallurgy. A method comprises the charging of mixture, its preheating, casting of pig iron, smelting, oxygen blowing, overheating of melt, introducing into bath of lime and slag of production of secondary aluminium during finishing, output of melt in ladle and introduing of silicon-manganese deoxidizing agents. In melt additionally high-carbon ferrochromium and ferrocolumbium, are introduced the melt is overheated on 20-50°C above the set temperature for the carbon contents in it on 0.05-0.1 % below that the average one in finished steel, at that ferrochromium is introduced 20-30 minutes prior to output, and slag of producing of secondary aluminium in quantity of 2-3 kg on ton melt after introduce ferrochromium.
