Abstract
A method for infusion therapy of the patients with the signs of the abdominal sepsis comprises infusion of plasma substitute. Crystalloid plasma substitutes are provided as soon as sepsis is diagnosed until the recovery of the volumes of extracellular water and interstitial water. Then colloid plasma substitutes are provided until stabilization of the volume of intravascular water.
