A method for premedication in cancer patients provides for the use of Vita-melatonin in a volume of 9 mL at 22 hours and 7 hours. In 30 minutes prior the surgery, the following drugs are administered intramuscularly: Omnopon 2 % 1 mL, Atropine 0.1 % 1 mL, Dimedrol 1 % 1 mL.
