Abstract

The invention relates to a dispenser-type packaging (1) for a cream or other substance that is applied by stroking a surface, comprising a chamber (5) with a discharge opening (10), for holding and storing the substance, a spindle (15) that is arranged in the chamber (5) in a longitudinal axial direction, in such a way that it can rotate, a plunger (18) which can be moved along the spindle (15) in the chamber (5), a toothed wheel (16) which is located outside the chamber (5) and is rotationally fixed to the spindle (15), and at least one activating button (4) which is located on the dispenser packaging (1) and which has a moulded-on pusher element (23). The at least one activating button (4) with the pusher element (23) is arranged so that it can be moved from a rest position to an end position and back in relation to the toothed wheel (16), in such a way that when the activating button (4) is activated and caused to move from the rest position to the end position, the pusher element (23) engages with a tooth (26) of the toothed wheel (16) and turns the toothed wheel. The aim of the invention is to ensure that the plunger can move back in the opposite direction to the pusher-driven direction of rotation. To this end, the dispenser packaging (1) has at least one pusher deflector (32), on which the at least one pusher element (23) is stopped before reaching the end position and which deflects the pusher element from its engagement with the toothed wheel (16).

Description of the invention

The invention relates to a package with a dispenser for a creamy substance or a substance that is applied 2 by smearing on a surface, which contains a chamber with an outlet opening for receiving and replenishing the mentioned substance, placed in the chamber along the longitudinal axis and with the possibility of rotation, a screw, a piston placed in the chamber with the possibility of movement along the lead screw, a gear wheel located outside the chamber with a rigidly rotating articulation relative to the lead screw and at least one trigger button with a molded pusher located on the package with the dispenser, and this at least one trigger button 70 with a pusher is movably installed in such a way relative to the gear wheel during its movement from the initial position to the final position and in the reverse direction, that during the action on the start button in the direction from the initial position to the final position, the pusher engages with the tooth of the gear wheel and turns this wheel.

This type of packaging with a dispenser, in which the user, holding it in his hand, presses the button and, due to this action, rotates the propeller, which ensures the dispensing of the product from the dispenser, is used for 72 metered supply of cream or as a deodorant pencil.

This type of packaging with a dispenser is known from the American patent OBA-5 839 622. These packages with a dispenser for moving the piston are supplied with a toothed wheel connected to the lead screw, which has teeth on its peripheral surface. With these teeth engages the pusher of the start button during its movement in a straight direction inward from its initial position to its final position and at the same time turns the gear wheel to a limited area of its movement. In its final position, the pusher remains engaged with the gear surface. In addition, this gear wheel has other teeth on its lower cylindrical surface, which are made according to the principle of matching the inclined teeth on the element located in the lower part of the known dispenser package, and which slide on their adjacent inclined surfaces when the gear wheel rotates . This problem in the above-mentioned type of package with a dispenser is solved due to the fact that it has at least one push deflector, which is bumped by this at least one pusher before reaching its end position and which brings this pusher out of engagement with the gear wheel. Thanks to this, it is achieved that the pusher during its direct movement inside the package, after it has turned the gear wheel by a certain angular step, is removed from its position of engagement with the gear wheel by the deflector according to the principle of lever action. This ensures that when the start button is pressed in its end position, the piston moves back and thereby rotates the lead screw and gear wheel 45 relative to the direction of rotation set by the pusher. Thus, for example, in the case of a deodorant pencil, the mass of the substance protruding from the outlet of the dispenser is absorbed into the package with the dispenser. According to another example of the implementation of the invention, as an alternative, it is provided that either the edges of the teeth of the gear wheel are straightened parallel to the longitudinal axis of the lead screw, and then the pusher captures the gear wheel tangentially, or that the edges of the teeth of the gear wheel are straightened perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the lead screw, and then the pusher engages the radial gear.

In addition, for ergonomic manipulation of such a package with a dispenser, it is preferable according to another embodiment of the invention, when this package is provided with two diametrically opposite starting buttons 62 with a pusher, which, when acting on the starting button, as a matter of fact, simultaneously engages the gear wheel in diametrically opposite zones of this wheel.

According to this example, it is advisable to add one deflector to each pusher, which is also provided according to the invention.

In order to make it easier to squeeze the piston relative to the direction of rotation of the lead screw determined by the pusher, it is also better if the lead screw has a thread pitch of 45".

The trigger buttons 4 have fastening jumpers 21 oriented in the direction of the outlet opening 10, which are the fastening of the trigger buttons 4 on the outer shell 2, ensuring the possibility of rotation around the rotation axis 22. The axes 22 of rotation form the center of rotation of the trigger buttons 65 4, made as a whole in the form of a lever. The other side of this lever is formed by pushers 23, each of which is connected by a corresponding fastening plate 24 to a corresponding trigger button 4. The pushers 23 consist of a plate-like or rod-like base body 25 , which is molded to the fastening plates 24. A toe-shaped protrusion 25 is molded to the base body 25, its sharp part facing the gear wheel 16 and intended for engagement between individual teeth 26 of this gear wheel 16. Then with a different distance relative to the corresponding fastening plates 24 than the corresponding a toe-shaped protrusion 27, a deflection plate 28 is made in the end part of the corresponding pusher 23, preferably this deflection plate is made together with the pusher. At the same time, these deflecting plates 28 with the surface unfolded in the opposite direction of the relatively sharp part of the nose-like protrusion 27 protrude beyond the surface of the pusher 23.

In general, the start button 4 with all its elements 21, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28 and 29 is made of polymer material in the form of one monolithic part. The layout and installation of the start button 4 on the axis 22 of rotation connected to the outer shell 2 is arranged in such a way that in the initial position of the start button 4 shown in the drawing, the pushers 23 are adjacent to the gear wheel 16 tangentially or are fitted with a slight gap to it tangentially to of this gear wheel 16, and the toe-like protrusions 27, respectively, each engage with engagement in the gap formed by two teeth 26 of the gear wheel 16.

Next, the guide elements 29 in the form of plates depart from the fastening plates 24. When the trigger button 4 is actuated in the direction shown by arrow 30, the guide elements 29 slide along the guide segments 31 protruding from the bottom 7. This ensures that the trigger buttons 4, when actuated, move from their initial position directly in the direction of arrow 30 to its final position.
