Abstract
The technique of vestibuloplasty comprises the dissection of the oral mucosa, the separation of the oral mucosa and the soft tissues with tunnel generation, and the formation of the vestibule of the oral cavity applying the sutures onto the mucosa. The oral mucosa is dissected linearly in vertical direction. The size of the cut fits the presumed depth of the vestibule. The polyamine single thread is used for suturing the tissue. The sutures are applied in two rows.
