The method for stabilizing remission in the patients with the opium addiction provides for the use of the basic pharmacotherapeutic complex in the case of the recurrence of the pathologic addiction. The pharmacotherapeutic complex comprises the blockator of the opiate receptors Naltrexone hydrochloride. The following drugs are prescribed: Naltrex per os and Dalargin intramuscularly.
