Abstract
A composition of ingredients of dietetic marmalade comprises a sweet component, sugar syrup, agar, citric acid, citric essence or orange essence, a food colourant and water as ingredients of the first layer and the sweet component, sugar syrup, agar, egg white, citric acid, vanillin and water as ingredients of the second layer. It comprises fructose and polydextrose as the sweet component.
