Abstract
A method for treating endothelial dysfunction in the aged patients with the chronic heart failure comprises the standard therapy. In addition, Tivortin is administered intravenously dropwise, 100 mL of 4.2 % solution for 10-12 days, once a day followed by oral administration of the drug in a volume of 5 mL, 40 minutes before the meals thrice a day for three months. Furthermore, Nebivolol is administered per os at a daily dose of 4.2 mg for three months.
