Abstract
A system for utilization of heat of cooling air of technological units includes air cooling circuit of one or more units formed by cooled element of technological unit, air duct that supplies cooling air to it and air duct discharging heated air to atmosphere, and device for utilization of heated air as a part of air duct that connects the air duct taking away heated air to atmosphere with controller of flow rate of heated air installed on it, to device for supply of heated air to heat consumer provided with air temperature sensor. Additionally it has a sensor of ambient temperature, and water heating boiler circuit that consists of water heating boiler, circulation pump, heat pipes for supply and discharge of heated water to heating devices installed at heat consumer. The sensors of ambient temperature and air at heat consumer are connected by electric links and connected to processor. On pipeline for fuel supply to water heating boiler a controller of fuel flow rate is installed, and the air duct for air supply for fuel burning is connected by shunt pipe to the air duct taking way heated air to atmosphere. The controller of flow rate of heated air supplied for fuel burning in water-heating boiler is installed there. The controller of flow rate of heated air supplied to heat consumer is installed on the air duct of the utilization device, and air duct supplying cooling air and air duct taking away heated air to atmosphere are connected by shunt pipe to the controller of flow rate of air supplied for suction of cooling element installed on the shunt pipe. At that the controllers of fuel flow rate for that supplied for burning to water heating boiler, flow rate of heated air supplied for burning to water-heating boiler, flow rate of heated air that is supplied to heat consumer, flow rate of heated air that is supplied to suction of cooling element of technological unit, and flow rate of heated air that is discharged to atmosphere are respectively connected to processor with electric links.
