A pharmaceutical composition based on paracetamol and sodium diclofenac, intended for oral intake in the solid dosage form, contains glucosamine hydrochloride and auxiliary pharmaceutically suitable substances lactose or saccharose, or tabletose, microcrystalline cellulose, aerosil or silix, starch or sodium croscarmelose, or colidon, calcium sterarate or magnesium stearate, and talc. Also the pharmaceutical combination contains therapeutically effective amount of glucosamine hydrochloride, paracetamol and sodium diclofenac.
