Abstract

A cigarette-case contains a frame, a lid, a takeup-store, a device for by-the-piece cigarette delivery with an opening mechanism and a drive. In doing so the frame is made as a split one, on the base thereof the takeup-store, provided with the lid, rigidly connected with guides, is placed, as well as a large gear-wheel and a small one of the device for by-the-piece cigarette delivery, which are kinematically connected correspondingly with a Т-like pusher and the opening mechanism with the possibility thereof to be in the reciprocal movement according to the guides. In doing so the takeup-store is made with the inclined surfaces for cigarettes on the side surfaces thereof, which are perpendicular to the guides and equipped with posts and supports hingedly connected with each other. The opening mechanism is made with the inclined surface, it contains a fixator and a lever, which are hingedly fixed on a bracket, аnd the guides are made with side walls on the interior side.

Description of the invention

The invention relates to smoking items, namely to stationary devices for individual dispensing of 2 smoking products.

The closest analogue of the claimed cigarette case, chosen as a prototype, is Pshenychnikov’s cigarette case (a.s. of the USSR Mo1279582, IPC A24E 15/00, application 09.08.84, publ. 30.12.86Y, which contains a body, a lid, a receiver-accumulator , a device for individually dispensing cigarettes with an opening mechanism, and a drive.

The cover is made with an opening located above the receiver-accumulator, which is a compartment in the body 70 for placing smoking products - cigarettes. The device for individually dispensing cigarettes with an opening mechanism is a system of levers kinematically connected to the drive and a pusher lever with a flap interacting with the system of levers. A clock mechanism is used as a drive. When the hour mechanism is triggered, its minute hand gives movement to the pusher lever with the shutter. The latter opens a hole in the lid. To extract cigarettes from the receiver-accumulator, it is necessary to perform additional operations, namely, 19 to tilt and shake the cigarette case. The basis of the invention is the task of improving the cigarette case, in which, by modifying the device for individual dispensing of cigarettes, to ensure the mechanized dispensing of the latter, which will improve the convenience of using the cigarette case. The task is solved by the fact that in a cigarette box containing a case, a lid, a receiver-accumulator, a device for individually dispensing cigarettes with an opening mechanism, and a drive, according to the invention, the case is made detachable, on the basis of which a receiver-accumulator with a lid is installed, rigidly with connected to the guides, the large and small gear devices for individual dispensing of cigarettes are kinematically connected, respectively, to the "T"-shaped pusher and the opening mechanism with the possibility of reciprocating their movement along the guides, while the receiver-accumulator performs with inclined planes for cigarettes on its lateral surfaces, perpendicular to the guides, and supplied with racks and supports, hinged to each other, the opening mechanism is made with an inclined plane, o contains a latch and a lever, hinged on a bracket, and the guides are made with flanges on internal on the side and with fuses on the outside. The T-shaped pusher contains a rod with a piston and is connected to the supports of the receiver-accumulator through a system of levers. The base contains a bracket on which (7) is hinged a two-arm lever interacting with the pusher rod. The pusher piston is provided with grooves for guides, projections for fuses and a stop projection for cigarettes. As shown in Fig. 1, the cigarette box contains a housing 1, a receiver-accumulator 2, a device C for the i-th individual dispensing of cigarettes 4 with an opening mechanism 5, and a drive b (Fig. 3). On the base 8 there are axes 9, 10, on which the large 11 and small 12 gear devices C for individual dispensing of cigarettes 4 are installed, respectively, and - cylindrical guides 13 (Fig. 2) for racks 14 (Fig. 1) of the receiver-accumulator 2, hingedly connected to 20 supports 15 (Fig. 2), a double-armed lever 16, hingedly fixed on a bracket 17, installed with side of the large gear 11 (Fig. 1). The latter contains a pin 18 on which a pusher 19 is located with a transverse groove on the bottom plane for its landing and is made of a "T" shape. The small gear 12 contains a pin 20 on which the opening mechanism 5 is located with a transverse groove on the lower plane for its landing. In addition, the opening mechanism 5 includes an inclined plane 21, a latch 22 and a lever 23, and the latter hinged 29 is fixed on the bracket 24. c. Receiver-accumulator 2 is made with inclined planes 25, 26 (Fig. 3), located on its side surfaces 27 (Fig. 1, 3). Inclined planes 25, 26 are made with through-cuts, which exclude their clogging with tobacco, which makes it possible to avoid jamming of cigarettes 4 from spilled tobacco. Between the side surfaces 27 there is a rigidly fixed platform 28 perpendicular to the latter, on which the drive 6 is installed, which 60 includes a microelectric motor 29 with a reducer 30, a power supply unit 31 (Fig. 1), a switch 32 and a switch 33. Receiver-accumulator 2 is rigidly connected to flat guides 35, perpendicular to its side surfaces 27. Guides 35 are made with edges 36 on the inner side and with fuses 37, hinged on the outer side. The edges 36 serve to support the cigarettes 4 so that they do not touch the moving gears 11, 12, and also to ensure their smooth transition to the inclined plane 21 of the opening mechanism 5. In addition, the edges 36 serve as a stop for the cigarettes 4 when the opening mechanism 5 moves back . The pusher 19 (Fig. 2) of the "T" shape is connected to the supports 15 through a system of levers 38 and contains a piston 39 and a rod 40. On the piston 39 (Fig. 4), grooves 41 are made for flat guides 35, a protrusion-stop 42 for cigarettes 4, protrusions 43 contacting the fuses 37 (Fig. 1) and drive protrusions 44 (Fig. 2) of the system /o levers Z8.

The offered cigarette case is made in the shape of a turtle, namely: cover 7 - in the shape of a convex dorsal shell, base 8 - in the shape of a flat shell, supports 15 - in the shape of legs, two-armed lever 16 - in the shape of a tail, opening mechanism 5 - in the shape of a head, lever 23 - in the form of an upper jaw. The two-armed lever 23 is kinematically connected to the spherical element 45 (Fig. 1), hingedly installed on the brackets (not shown in the drawing u75). Element 45 is made in the form of turtle eyes.

The proposed cigarette case can be additionally supplied, for example, with a music device 47 (Fig. 5) connected to the power supply unit 31.

Assembling the cigarette case is carried out as follows. On the base 8, the large 11 and small 12 gears are installed in such a way that the axes 9, 10 and the pins 18, 20 are on the same straight line, and the pin 18 is on the side of the bracket 17, and the pin 20 is diametrically opposite. When the cover 7 of the receiver-accumulator 2 is briefly pressed, the switch 32 turns on the micro-electric motor 29 from the power supply unit 31. The micro-electric motor 29 transmits the moment from the large rotating gear 11 through the ZO gearbox. The latter transmits the rotation of the small gear 12. During the rotation of the large 11 and small 12 gears, reciprocating movements of the pusher 19 and the opening mechanism 5 are performed, and the latter makes two reciprocating movements back and forth. When the pusher 19 moves forward, the rod releases the two-armed lever 16 and the latter lowers to the base 8. At the same time, the electric circuit is closed through the switch 33 and the influence on the switch 32 stops. and will not make a 1/3 turn. The small gear 12 moves the mechanism from the opening 5 forward faster than the pusher 19 and the cigarette 4, held by the latch 22, moves behind the edges 36 of the guides 35. When the pusher 19 moves, the drive protrusions 44, interacting with the lever system; 38, provide movement support 15. The latter make reciprocating movements. At the same time, the protrusions 43 interact with the fuses 37, due to which accidental impacts on the supports 15 cannot change the position of the lever system 38 during the further movement of the pusher 19 forward and affect the performance of the device C for dispensing cigarettes 4 individually when the pusher 19 moves back. When the pusher 19 moves back, the opening mechanism 5 makes a second reciprocating movement back and forth. When the opening mechanism 5 moves back again, the edges 36 serve as a stop for the cigarette 4 and push it along the inclined plane 21. The cigarette 4, moving on the inclined plane 21, lifts the lever 23, which in turn turns the spherical element 45. At the same time, the rod 40 of the pusher 19 lifts the two-armed lever 16, thus influencing the switch 33. The electrical circuit c is opened and the movement of the device C for individual cigarette dispensing 4 is stopped. The work is completed by the fact that the c cigarette 4 protrudes a third of its length outwards relative to the opening mechanism 5. To dispense the next cigarette 4, it is necessary to press again on the cover 7 of the receiver-accumulator 2 or on the remote control trigger, if there is one. If the cigarette case is supplied with a musical device 47, the latter is turned on automatically at the same time as the device C for individually dispensing cigarettes 4 is turned on.
