Abstract
A process for the determination of furnace lime activity comprises the slaking of weighed amount of the furnace lime and filtering of lime milk. The slaking of 900- of the furnace lime is carried out; the obtained lime milk is filtered through the preliminary weighed dry sieve with apertures of diameter. After that the sieve with the sludge is dried in drying furnace at the temperature of 100-110 °C to the constant mass and weighted.
