Abstract

A method for transosteal osteosynthesis of the fractures of distal epimetaphysis of radius provides for the insertion of the screwed rod, the wires, and the assembly of the device for the external fixation. The screwed rod is inserted into the proximal epimetaphysis of ulna at the angle of 45°. The wire in the ring support over the distal area of the proximal division of radius is passed until the beginning of the distraction. The wire is inserted through the metacarpal bones at the angle of 15-20° to the longitudinal axis. The additional wire is inserted into the second metacarpal bone.
