A method for preparing the live anthrax spore vaccine for the animals comprises the preparation of the inoculum, the inoculation of the liquid medium with nitrogen source and yeast extract, and culture with pH adjustment and aeration. Pepton enzymatic is used as the source of nitrogen. The medium contains the following compounds; dibasic potassium phosphate, calcium chloride, magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate, copper sulfate, ferric sulfate, ammonia sulfate, and antifoaming agent.
