Abstract
A method for producing agglomerate for washing blast furnaces, which method involves incorporation in aggloburden of iron-containing additive from iron-ore components and fuel, mixing thereof, pelletizing and sintering. Sintering the aggloburden is performed to residual content of 9 – 45 % of ferrous oxide, with placement of ore agglomerate of fraction 6 - 20 mm in matrix.
