Abstract
A device for oxichlorination contains a reactor, a lower limiter for fluidized bed of catalyst, a gas pipe (manifolds) located above the limiter and inside the fluidized bed, with the nozzles, the nozzles enter into the pipes, gas pipe located below the limiter, and pipes, which penetrate the limiter. The nozzles are distributed over entire cross section of the reactor, and the pipes pass output gas flow mainly in the counterflow to gas flow created by the fluidized bed of the catalyst. The space between upper ends of pipes, which penetrate the limiter of pipes, and lower ends of pipes, into which the nozzles enter, form the mixing zone, which has the dimensions, at which already occurs the mixing of each of the components of reactions with the catalyst.
