Abstract
The invention relates to the field of ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the out-of-furnace treatment of steel. A method for out-of-furnace treatment of steel in the ladle involves aluminum feeding, mixing by the rare gas and oxygen heating. At the heating rate up to 5°C/min. mixing by the rare gas with specific mass flow (0.01...0.05) nm3/ton and oxygen heating with specific mass flow (0.015... 0.15) nm3/ton are carried out successively in several steps, while at the heating rate more than 5°C/min. aluminum feeding, mixing by the rare gas with specific mass flow (0.01...0.05) nm3/ton and oxygen heating with specific mass flow (0.15... 1.50) nm3/ton are carried out successively in several steps, with the insufflation intensity not more than 0.15 nm3/min., at that if necessary, instead of aluminium silicon, alumosiliceous alloy or aluminium and silicon alloy with iron is feeded to the ladle.
