Abstract

A cyclone heat-mass-transfer scrubber contains a branch pipe for lateral tangential or evolute introduction of gas flow into a cyclone chamber equipped with sprayers for sprinkling of gas flow and branch pipes for removal of pulp, a neck and a diffuser, with their sprayers for their separate flushing, a circular cowling with a conical divider, a bottom with a hydraulic lock for removal of pulp and lateral branch pipe for removal of purified flow of gas. The scrubber is equipped with a converging tube connected to flue and branch pipe for lateral introduction of the gas flow into cyclone chamber. In the converging tube the sprayers for dispersing liquids are placed that sprinkle gas flow and branch pipes for removal of pulp into separate recirculating circuit.
