Abstract
A technique for generating areflux hepaticojejunoduodenoanastomosis comprises the formation of the choledochojejunoanastomosis by mobilizing the intestinal segment sparing the vascular connections between the arcades of the first jejunal artery and the duodenal branch and the second jejunal artery. The mobilized intestinal segment is passed through the window in mesocolon without the tension of the mesentery with the isoperistalsis position directed to the hepatic duct and further to the duodenum. End-to-side hepaticojejunoanastomosis is generated with the anastomosis with duodenum representing areflux invagination jejunoanastomosis.
