Abstract

The dermatome contains the half-cylinder, the working surface of the half-cylinder, the axis for a frame, the flat knife located in the frame in parallel to the working surface. The gap between the knife and the working surface of the half-cylinder is adjusted by the mechanism and the circle with the scale. The working surface has the linear relief.

Відомий клейовий дерматом складається з півциліндра, робочої поверхні півциліндра, осі, рамки, що до неї кріпиться, плоского ножа на рамці, паралельній робочій поверхні. Недоліком відомого дерматома є те, що він недостатньо технологічний і призначений тільки для відрізання 70 шкірного трансплантату різної рівномірної товщини.The disadvantage of the known dermatome is that it is not technological enough and is intended only for cutting 70 skin grafts of different uniform thickness.

В основу корисної моделі поставлено завдання вдосконалити відомий дерматом, в якому шляхом зміни конструкції досягають підвищення технологічності забору шкірних трансплантатів.The basis of a useful model is the task of improving the well-known dermatome, in which, by changing the design, they achieve an increase in the manufacturability of taking skin grafts.

Поставлене завдання вирішує пристрій, що складається з півциліндра, робочої поверхні півциліндра, вісь, рамки, що до неї кріпиться, плоского ножа на рамці, паралельній робочій поверхні. Просвіт між робочою 12 поверхнею і ножем регулюється механізмом і кругом з поділками до 4мм, робоча поверхня має лінійний рельєф.The task is solved by a device consisting of a half-cylinder, the working surface of the half-cylinder, an axis, a frame attached to it, a flat knife on a frame parallel to the working surface. Запропонований дерматом (Фіг.1) зображений в загальному виді, що складається із півциліндра 1, робочої поверхні півциліндра 2, вільнобертаючого паралельно його поверхні плоского ножа на рамці 3, механізму регуляції товщини зрізаного трансплантата і кругом з поділками 4, підставки 5, ручки 6, вісь рамки 7, робоча поверхня (Фіг.2) має лінійний рельєф.The proposed dermatome (Fig. 1) is shown in a general view, consisting of a half-cylinder 1, the working surface of the half-cylinder 2, a flat knife rotating parallel to its surface on a frame 3, a mechanism for regulating the thickness of the cut graft and a circle with divisions 4, stands 5, handles 6, frame axis 7, the working surface (Fig. 2) has a linear relief.

Корисна модель працює таким чином: перед операцією донорську ділянку миють, знежирюють ефіром і наносять шар клею, вичікують 2 хвилини. Ведучий край півциліндра притискають до покритої клеєм шкіри і витримують 2 хвилини, після чого поворотом кисті (Фіг.3), що утримує дерматом, припіднімають край півціліндра з приклеєною шкірою. Другою рукою хірург, не перестаючи повільно повертати півціліндр дерматома, рішучими рухами зрізує на встановлену товщину трансплантат.A useful model works as follows: before the operation, the donor area is washed, degreased with ether and a layer of glue is applied, wait 2 minutes.
