Abstract
The invention relates to biotechnology. A process comprises preparation of yeast suspension, its disintegration, separation of yeast paste, purification and concentration of disintegrator supernatant in a plant for dia- and ultrafiltration. The disintegration of yeast suspension of concentration of not more than 8% SV is carried out in ballistic disintegrator under recycling conditions during 2-5 minutes till achievement of disintegration degree of 40-60%, purification of disintegrator supernatant is performed under conditions of continuos diofiltration with diafiltration ratio of 1,and concentration of purified preparation is performed till achievement of 1 /20 of supernatant starting volume.
