Abstract
Спосіб одержання подрібненого сухого матеріалу з великокускового матеріалу включає в себе етапи: а) забезпечення нагрітого сушильного газу з джерела сушильного газу, б) забезпечення великокускового матеріалу в накопичувальному бункері, в) подання великокускового матеріалу і нагрітого сушильного газу в систему дрібного помелу, г) дрібний помел і висушування великокускового матеріалу всередині системи дрібного помелу для одержання подрібненого сухого матеріалу, д) збирання суміші з сушильного газу і подрібненого сухого матеріалу з системи дрібного помелу, і подання суміші на сепаратор для сепарації подрібненого сухого матеріалу з сушильного газу, причому спосіб також включає в себе також етап: e) рециркуляція принаймні частини сушильного газу з етапу (д) в ролі газу попередньої обробки, і подання цього газу попередньої обробки в нижню частину накопичувального бункера для попередньої обробки великокускового матеріалу.
