Abstract
Винахід належить до кольорової металургії. Високоміцний титановий сплав містить, мас. %: хром 0,7-1,2, алюміній 4,5-5,5, ніобій 3,5-4,5, цирконій 2,3-3,0, залізо 0,7-1,2, молібден 2,5-3,5, ванадій 1,5-2,5 та титан - решта, причому [Мо] екв. знаходиться в межах 7,5-11,8 мас. %; [Аl] екв. міцн. знаходиться в межах 8,9-9,8 мас. %. Крім того, виконується відповідне співвідношення, яке знаходиться в межах 1,2-2,1. Винахід підвищує міцність при забезпеченні достатньої пластичності основного металу і зварних з'єднань як у відпаленому, так і у зміцненому стані.The invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy. High strength titanium alloy contains, wt. %: chromium 0.7-1.2, aluminum 4.5-5.5, niobium 3.5-4.5, zirconium 2.3-3.0, iron 0.7-1.2, molybdenum 2, 5-3.5, vanadium 1.5-2.5 and titanium - the rest, with [Mo] Eq. is in the range of 7.5-11.8 wt. %; [Al] eq. strong is in the range of 8.9-9.8 wt. %. In addition, the corresponding ratio is in the range of 1.2-2.1. The invention increases the strength while providing sufficient ductility of the base metal and welded joints both in the annealed and in the hardened state.
