Abstract

Внутрішня структура тропосферного вітряного генератора містить обертальну основу (1), щонайменше один орієнтований кронштейн (2), щонайменше одну систему (4) для підтримки щонайменше одного крила (7) та привідну систему тросів керування (6) крила (7). Дана структура додатково містить щонайменше одну вентиляційну установку (3), яка у випадку відсутності атмосферного вітру пристосована до утворення повного обсягу штучного вітру, необхідного для уможливлення зльоту крила (7), або адаптована для утворення частини штучного вітру, необхідного для уможливлення зльоту крила (7). Використання винаходу забезпечить можливість зльоту несучої поверхні та досягнення нею робочої висоти у будь-який час автоматично та незалежно від умов вітру біля земної поверхні.
