Abstract

Винахід належить до способу одержання чавуну, а також установки, оптимізованих щодо енергії і викиду СО2. При цьому першу частину одержаного у плавильному газифікаторі генераторного газу, як перший відновлювальний газ, використовують у першій відновній зоні, а другу частину, як другий відновлювальний газ, подають до принаймні однієї додаткової відновної зони. Додатково частину відведеного із першої відновної зони колошникового газу після мокрого відокремлення СО2 від нього домішують до генераторного газу після його відведення з плавильного газифікатора, причому здійснюють охолодження одержаного генераторного газу.
