Abstract
Настоящеее изобретение относится к способу производства, например, обезвоженного оксида металла из гидроксида металла, во время которого гидроксид металла, по крайней мере, частично обезвоживают и подогревают перед введением в реактор с псевдоожиженным слоем, в котором гидроксид металла нагревают до температуры в интервале примерно от 650 до примерно 1250 °C за счет сжигания топлива, и в результате образуется оксид металла, при этом в реактор с псевдоожиженным слоем подают первичный воздух и/или вторичный воздух, обогащаемый кислородом. Для обеспечения весьма низких выбросов пыли и незначительного разрушения зерен кислород или обогащенный кислородом газ вводят в реактор с псевдоожиженным слоем с низкой скоростью.
