Abstract

Заявлена мітка для об'єкта чи виробу містить полімерний рідкокристалічний матеріал з оптичними характеристиками, які забезпечують можливість перевірки та зчитування зазначеної мітки машинними засобами, а також перевірки її справжності людиною на око. Мітка створена на підкладці за допомогою процесу друку змінних даних у формі відмітних знаків, що являють собою унікальний код. Як зазначені відмітні знаки використані одновимірні штрих-коди, багаторівневі одновимірні штрих-коди та двовимірні штрих-коди. Заявлений об'єкт чи виріб має принаймні одну мітку та належить до цінних паперів, банкнот, паспортів, особових посвідчень, посвідчень водія, офіційних дозволів, перепусток, марок, податкових марок чи бандеролей, транспортних квитків, квитків на участь у різноманітних заходах, етикеток, плівок, пакувань, запасних частин або споживчих товарів. Заявлене застосування мітки для відстеження об'єкта чи виробу, які належать до цінних паперів, банкнот, паспортів, особових посвідчень, посвідчень водія, офіційних дозволів, перепусток, марок, податкових марок чи бандеролей, транспортних квитків, квитків на участь у різноманітних заходах, етикеток, плівок, пакувань, запасних частин або споживчих товарів. Заявлений спосіб захисту і відстеження об'єкта або виробу включає перші стадії несення зазначеної мітки на об'єкт чи виріб, зберігання інформації, пов'язаної з маркованим об'єктом чи виробом, та наступні стадії перевіряння справжності зазначеного об'єкта чи виробу, ідентифікації зазначеного об'єкта чи виробу з використанням збереженої інформації, і включає додаткову стадію оновлення зазначеної бази даних новими елементами інформації, пов'язаними з цим об'єктом чи виробом.
