Хвильова електростанція для водних потоків, яка перетворює енергію водних потоків і хвиль, що містить енергопоглинаючий елемент, виконаний у вигляді гнучкого подовжнього тіла, що складається з окремих плоских, з'єднаних внахльост, частин, розташованих в декількох напрямних, кожна з яких має можливість обертатися навколо загального робочого валу, передаючи осьовий крутний момент на вал тільки в одному напрямку, і дозволяючи гнучкому подовжньому тілу приймати форму спірального ротора.
