Abstract
Устройство служит для теплового расщепления низкоуглеродистых веществ в выполненном с возможностью прохождения сверху вниз сыпучего материала, реакторе (1) с подвижным слоем. Вертикальная колонна (5) сыпучего материала для подачи дополнена вертикальной колонной (13) сыпучего материала для отвода, причем ширина и высота колонн (5, 13) сыпучего материала, а также свойства сыпучего материала выбраны таким образом, что в результате внутреннего падения давления колонн (5 , 13) сыпучего материала осуществляется герметизация внутренней части реактора от атмосферы. Одновременно обеспечивается поток сыпучего материала, причем в верхней зоне реактора предусмотрена первая полость (11), а в нижней зоне реактора предусмотрена вторая полость (9), между которыми предусмотрена разница (р давлений по меньшей мере в 50 мбар, которая стабилизирована за счет падения давления над сыпучим материалом (6).
