Даний стосується стабільної композиції наноструктурованого силденафілу, способу її одержання у протоковому реакторі безперервної дії на основі мікроструминної техніки, де наночастинки фармацевтично прийнятної солі силденафілу мають середній розмір частинок менш ніж приблизно 500 нм, а одержана композиція має щонайменше аморфну або частково кристалічну структуру.This relates to a stable composition of nanostructured sildenafil, a method for its preparation in a continuous-flow duct reactor based on a micro-jet technique, where the nanoparticles of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of sildenafil have an average particle size of less than about 500 nm and the resulting composition is at least crystalline or amorphous.
