Abstract
The invention relates to the petrochemical industry. Installation comprising interconnected by industrial pipelines a block of electrical desalting that comprises seven groups of heat exchangers and four electrical hydrators, a unit of preliminary gasoline evaporation which comprises a stripping column, a reflux tank, a refrigerator-condenser, a compressor and a geared throttle, a unit of atmospheric distillation which comprises an atmospheric column, a reflux tank, a refrigerator-condenser, a compressor and gear throttle, a gasoline stabilization unit, including a stabilizing column, a pump, a reflux tank and a refrigerator-condenser. In addition the installation comprises raw oil supplying pump, a stripping column, tube furnaces, a vacuum distillation column, a reflux tank, a refrigerator-condenser, steam jet ejector pumps, a sixth group of heat exchangers and final refrigerators. The mentioned unit provides usage of recuperative heat of the exhaust gases after the stripping column of the unit of preliminary gasoline evaporation and after the atmospheric column of the unit of atmospheric distillation in the operating cycle of the unit, while minimizing the temperature difference, reducing the amount of energy supplied to the tube furnaces.
