Abstract
The method for assessment of the dominant serogroup of leptospirae comprises sampling the blood followed by analysis of the samples. The number of seropositive samples with dominating serogroups is assessed and correlated with the number of the samples under the test. The dominating serogroups are ascertained by the different number of seropositive sera against both serogroups of leptospirae.
