Abstract

The present invention discloses a disposable panty-type sanitary pad, which includes a panty main body, an absorption part, and two bonding parts. The panty main body is made of elastic fabric and is cut in accordance with ergonomics. The panty main body includes a waist through hole located above the panty main body and two leg through holes located below the panty main body. The absorption part is arranged at the bottom of the panty main body and forms an integral and seamless structure with the panty main body, wherein the absorption part includes a surface layer, an absorption layer arranged on the bottom of the surface layer, an intermediate layer arranged on the bottom of the absorption layer, and a bottom layer arranged on the bottom of the intermediate layer. The two bonding parts are respectively arranged on two side edges of the panty main body.

Description

Disposable panty liners

This invention relates to a disposable sanitary pad, and more particularly to a seamless, disposable, easy-to-wear panty liner with absorbent and breathable properties.

Current absorbent products such as panty liners and sanitary napkins are generally attached separately to underwear. However, when attaching these absorbent products to underwear, they sometimes overlap or become deformed, which is not very convenient in actual use. They may also shift during user movement, leading to leakage and staining of the underwear. Furthermore, the layer between these absorbent products (panty liners or sanitary napkins) and underwear is not breathable, especially in hot and humid environments, which can easily lead to odor and bacterial growth, increasing the risk of gynecological diseases.

There are a few panty-style sanitary napkin products on the market, but most are thick and heavy. This design makes them inconvenient to put on, take off, and discard, failing to meet the hygiene and convenience needs of users with light flow. Additionally, some panty-style sanitary napkin products use a one-piece design. That is, they are formed into the shape of underwear through adhesive tape, but this design is also inconvenient for putting on and taking off. In other words, this type of panty-style sanitary napkin product is more like the design of a traditional one-piece diaper. Generally, after being put under the crotch, the front and back sides are folded up and fastened at the waist, making it inconvenient to put on, take off, and secure.

In addition, there are now reusable absorbent underwear products. That is to say, these products are not for single use, but can be reused after washing. However, these products are usually more expensive, and there are hygiene concerns about reusable absorbent underwear products. Moreover, they are not easy to wash immediately after use, making them very inconvenient to use.

One purpose of this invention is to provide a disposable panty liner that is absorbent, breathable, easy to put on and take off, and disposable after use, making it both convenient and hygienic.

One purpose of this creation is to provide a disposable panty liner that is thin, breathable, and breathable, suitable for women during menstruation, when there is heavy discharge, or in hot and humid seasons. It is also suitable for gynecological patients who need to change panty liners frequently due to menstrual bleeding during surgery or medication.

To achieve at least one of the above objectives of this invention, this invention provides a disposable panty liner, comprising:

An absorbent portion is disposed at the bottom of the underwear body and forms a seamless, integrated structure with the underwear body. The absorbent portion includes a surface layer, an absorbent layer disposed on the bottom surface of the surface layer, an intermediate layer disposed on the bottom surface of the absorbent layer, and a bottom layer disposed on the bottom surface of the intermediate layer.

Two adhesive portions are respectively located on both sides of the main body of the underwear.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the absorbent portion further includes two baffles located on opposite sides of the absorbent portion to prevent side leakage.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the disposable panty liner includes at least one release paper disposed on the two adhesive portions.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the outer layer is cotton, the absorbent layer is a polymer material layer, the middle layer is a dust-free paper, and the bottom layer is a waterproof membrane.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the absorbent portion further includes an antibacterial material bonded to the absorbent layer.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the underwear body includes one waist opening above the underwear body, two leg openings below the underwear body, one waist elastic portion at the edge of the waist opening, and two leg elastic portions respectively located at the edges of the two leg openings.

According to another aspect of this invention, this invention further provides a disposable panty liner, which includes:

An underwear body, comprising a waistband through-hole located at the top of the underwear body, and two leg through-holes located at the bottom of the underwear body; and

An absorbent portion is disposed at the bottom of the underwear body and forms an integral, seamless structure with the underwear body. The absorbent portion includes a surface layer, an absorbent layer disposed on the bottom surface of the surface layer, an antibacterial layer disposed on the bottom surface of the absorbent layer, an intermediate layer disposed on the bottom surface of the antibacterial layer, and a bottom layer disposed on the bottom surface of the intermediate layer.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the disposable panty liner further includes two adhesive portions disposed on both sides of the panty body.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the underwear body includes a waist elastic portion located at the edge of the waist through-hole and two leg elastic portions located at the edges of the two leg through-holes respectively.

To make the above-mentioned features, advantages and contents of this invention clearer and easier to understand, the following are preferred embodiments and detailed explanations in conjunction with the accompanying diagrams.

The following description is intended to disclose the invention so that those skilled in the art can implement it. The preferred embodiments described below are merely illustrative, and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art. The basic principles of the invention defined in the following description can be applied to other embodiments, variations, improvements, equivalents, and other technical solutions that do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Understandably, the term "one" should be understood as "at least one" or "one or more," meaning that in one embodiment, the number of a component can be one, while in another embodiment, the number of the component can be multiple. The term "one" should not be understood as a limitation on the number.

As shown in Figures 1 to 7, a disposable panty liner 1 is a preferred embodiment of the present invention. It has the advantages of being absorbent, breathable, easy to put on and take off, not prone to side leakage, and disposable after use, making it convenient, comfortable and hygienic.

In an embodiment of this invention, the disposable panty liner 1 includes an underwear body 10 and an absorbent portion 20 disposed at the bottom of the underwear body 10, wherein the absorbent portion 20 and the underwear body 10 form an integral, seamless structure. Further, the underwear body 10 includes a front portion 11, a back portion 12, and a crotch portion 13, wherein the crotch portion 13 is located between the front portion 11 and the back portion 12, wherein the crotch portion 13 is the bottom of the underwear body 10, and the sides of the front portion 11 and the back portion 12 are connected together. In other words, the absorbent portion 20 is located at the crotch portion 13 of the underwear body 10. The main body 10 of the underwear is made of a stretch fabric with an ergonomic cut for comfort when worn. Understandably, the back portion 12 can be cut to fit the buttocks.

Additionally, the underwear body 10 includes a waist pass-through hole 14 and two leg pass-through holes 15. When the sides of the front part 11 and the back part 12 are connected together, the waist pass-through hole 14 is formed above the front part 11 and the back part 12, and the two leg pass-through holes 15 are formed below the front part 11 and the back part 12. The waist pass-through hole 14 and the two leg pass-through holes 15 are interconnected and respectively connect to the inside and outside of the underwear body 10. In particular, the edges of the two leg pass-through holes 15 are formed by the bottom edges of the front part 11 and the back part 12 and the edge of the crotch part 13. When the user wears the underwear body 10, the waist pass-through hole 14 is located at the user's waist, and the user's feet pass through the two leg pass-through holes 15 respectively. That is, the underwear body 10 has three interconnected and through holes to facilitate the user wearing the disposable underwear-type sanitary pad 1. The underwear body 10 also includes a waist elastic part 16 located at the edge of the waist pass-through hole 14 and two leg elastic parts 17 located at the edges of the leg pass-through holes 15 respectively. The waist elastic part 16 and the two leg elastic parts 17 are elastic to allow the user to easily put on and take off the disposable underwear-type sanitary pad 1. It is understood that the shape of the underwear body 10 can be hexagonal or quadrilateral, i.e., triangular or rectangular underwear is available on the market. The shape of the underwear body 10 is not a limitation of this invention. Therefore, it is understood that if it is triangular underwear, the leg openings 15 are located on the lower sloping side.

The disposable panty liner 1 also includes two adhesive portions 30 disposed on both sides of the main body of the underwear 10 for adhesion to a single pair of underwear. This ensures consistency between the two pairs of underwear when the user wears both the disposable panty liner 1 and the individual underwear simultaneously, thus improving comfort. Furthermore, the adhesive portions 30 are made of elastic adhesive and are the same width as the sides of the underwear to increase the comfort of the fit and facilitate quick and easy donning and doffing. Additionally, each of the adhesive portions 30 has a release paper 31 to protect the adhesive portion 30, and the release paper 31 is removed before the adhesive portion 30 is adhered to the personal underwear so that the adhesive portion 30 adheres to the personal underwear.

It is worth mentioning that the adhesive part 30 may also have only one release paper 31. The disposable panty liner 1 is folded, and the two adhesive parts 30 are arranged side by side. A release paper 31 is placed on the two adhesive parts 30. When the disposable panty liner 1 is to be worn, the release paper 31 can be torn off at once. Of course, as mentioned above, the number of release paper 31 can also be matched with the number of adhesive parts 30. This allows the user to choose whether to remove the release paper 31 before wearing the disposable panty liner 1 or after wearing it, increasing convenience. In particular, when the number of release paper 31 is matched with the number of adhesive parts 30, and the user wears the disposable panty liner 1 as regular underwear, they can choose not to remove the release paper 31, thus not affecting its practicality.

As shown in Figure 5, which is an exploded view of the absorption section 20, the absorption section 20 includes a surface layer 21, an absorption layer 22 disposed on the bottom surface of the surface layer 21, an intermediate layer 23 disposed on the bottom surface of the absorption layer 22, and a bottom layer 24 disposed on the bottom surface of the intermediate layer 23. In other words, the surface layer 21, the absorption layer 22, the intermediate layer 23, and the bottom layer 24 are arranged in layers from top to bottom.

The outer layer 21 is made of cotton, protecting the user's private parts when in direct skin contact. Specifically, the outer layer 21 is soft and cooling. That is, it utilizes cotton, a soft and cooling material found in modern textiles. Alternatively, the outer layer 21 can also be made of non-woven fabric; this is not a limitation of the invention. The absorbent layer 22 is a polymer material layer that rapidly absorbs menstrual blood and secretions, exhibiting excellent water retention. Notably, the polymer material layer can be an absorbent composed of superabsorbent polymers and wood pulp fibers to ensure that liquids can enter the absorbent layer 22 at a sufficiently fast rate, thus preventing leakage. Furthermore, the polymer material layer allows the liquid to diffuse fully in the longitudinal direction, maximizing the function of the absorbent layer 22 and effectively preventing leakage. The intermediate layer 23 is a dust-free paper that enhances overall support and drainage. The bottom layer 24 is a waterproof membrane that prevents liquid from seeping into the outside of the underwear, protecting the outer garment from contamination. Specifically, the bottom layer 24 can also be made of waterproof PE material.

It is worth mentioning that the shape of the absorbent portion 20 is not limited and can be matched with the shape of the crotch portion 13 of the underwear body 10, or the absorbent portion 20 can be further extended to the back portion 12 of the underwear body 10. In addition, the shape of the absorbent portion 20 can also be a long strip or a butterfly shape that is wider at the front and back. Furthermore, the disposable panty liner 1 can be configured with different shapes for the absorbent portion 20 according to the user's needs. For example, the length of the absorbent portion 20 can be shortened for daytime use, while the length of the absorbent portion 20 can be increased and widened at the back for nighttime use.

Specifically, before use, the disposable panty liner 1 is folded so that the absorbent portion 20 is concealed inside and does not come into contact with the outside or external environment, thus ensuring that it is not contaminated before use.

The absorption section 20 also includes two baffles 25, which are respectively located on both sides of the absorption section 20 to prevent side leakage. That is, the two baffles 25 can prevent liquid from flowing out from the two sides of the absorption section 20.

Figure 6, shown as an exploded view of a modified embodiment of the absorbent portion 20, includes a surface layer 21, an absorbent layer 22 disposed on the bottom surface of the surface layer 21, an intermediate layer 23 disposed on the bottom surface of the absorbent layer 22, a bottom layer 24 disposed on the bottom surface of the intermediate layer 23, and an antibacterial material 26 bonded to the absorbent layer 22 to enhance antibacterial and cooling effects. The antibacterial material 26 can be made of various natural or chemical products, which is not a limitation of this invention. Preferably, the antibacterial material 26 can be a combination of various traditional Chinese medicines to provide different functions for users to choose according to their needs.

As shown in Figure 7, which is an exploded view of another modified embodiment of the absorbent portion 20, the absorbent portion 20 includes a surface layer 21, an absorbent layer 22 disposed on the bottom surface of the surface layer 21, an antibacterial layer 27 disposed on the bottom surface of the absorbent layer 22, an intermediate layer 23 disposed on the bottom surface of the antibacterial layer 27, and a bottom layer 24 disposed on the bottom surface of the intermediate layer 23. The antibacterial layer can be made of various natural or chemical products, which is not a limitation of this invention. Preferably, the antibacterial layer 27 can be directly made of antibacterial fabrics, such as seaweed fiber, chitosan fiber, hemp fiber, etc.

Those skilled in the art should understand that the accompanying drawings and the above description of the embodiments of this invention are merely examples and do not limit the scope of this invention.

Therefore, it can be seen that the purpose of this invention has been fully and effectively accomplished. The function and structural principles of this invention have been shown and explained in the embodiments without departing from the stated principles. Therefore, this invention relates to all variations within the scope and spirit of the following claims.

Claims (10)

A disposable panty liner includes: an underwear body made of elastic fabric; an absorbent portion disposed at the bottom of the underwear body and forming a seamless structure with the underwear body, wherein the absorbent portion includes a surface layer, an absorbent layer disposed on the bottom surface of the surface layer, an intermediate layer disposed on the bottom surface of the absorbent layer, and a bottom layer disposed on the bottom surface of the intermediate layer; and two adhesive portions disposed on both sides of the underwear body. As described in claim 1, the disposable panty liner further includes two baffles located on opposite sides of the absorbent portion to prevent side leakage. The disposable panty liner as described in claim 1 includes at least one release paper disposed on the two adhesive portions. As described in claim 1, the disposable panty liner is made of cotton, the absorbent layer is made of a polymer material, the middle layer is made of dust-free paper, and the bottom layer is made of a waterproof membrane. The disposable panty liner as described in claim 1, wherein the absorbent portion further includes an antibacterial material bonded to the absorbent layer. As described in claim 1, the disposable panty liner includes a waist opening at the top of the panty body, two leg openings at the bottom of the panty body, a waist elastic portion at the edge of the waist opening, and two leg elastic portions at the edges of the two leg openings respectively. A disposable panty liner includes: an underwear body with a waist opening at the top and two leg openings at the bottom; and an absorbent portion disposed at the bottom of the underwear body and forming a seamless structure with the underwear body, wherein the absorbent portion includes a surface layer, an absorbent layer disposed on the bottom surface of the surface layer, an antibacterial layer disposed on the bottom surface of the absorbent layer, an intermediate layer disposed on the bottom surface of the antibacterial layer, and a bottom layer disposed on the bottom surface of the intermediate layer. The disposable panty liner as described in claim 7 further includes two adhesive portions disposed on both sides of the panty body. As described in claim 7, the disposable panty liner includes a waist elastic portion located at the edge of the waist through-hole and two leg elastic portions located at the edges of the two leg through-holes. As described in claim 7, the disposable panty liner further includes two baffles located on either side of the absorbent portion to prevent side leakage.
