Abstract

This invention relates to a racket sports training device. It provides a simple training device for racket sports such as badminton, soft tennis, hard tennis, and table tennis, to improve control over the direction of the shot or swing when hitting a shuttlecock or ball. This invention includes a lower rod 2a, which is used to be installed on the pole of the stadium, and an upper rod 2b, which is used to tie the rope; a pole top guide 3 is provided at the junction of the lower rod and the upper rod, and a flange 4 is provided at the top of the upper rod; a pole side guide 5 for installation on the pole and a fixing belt through-hole 6 for threading the belt are provided on the side of the lower rod, thereby constituting the overall structure of the body; and a rope is stretched between the left and right pairs of the upper poles of the body.

Description

Practice equipment for racket sports

This creation involves practice equipment used to hit shuttlecocks or balls in racket sports such as badminton, soft tennis, hard tennis, and table tennis.

Traditionally, in racket sports like badminton and tennis that use a net, in order to accurately control the shuttlecock or ball toward the opponent's court, a conical barrel (barricade barrel) is often placed at the desired location on the opponent's court as a target, or a towel is hung at a predetermined position on the net as a target direction for practice.

Furthermore, Patent Publication No. 61-9648 (Patent Document 1) discloses a practice net for ball sports such as volleyball. The practice net comprises a main net body and an upper band covering its upper edge. The upper band has display sections that alternate between colored and clear sections at appropriate intervals. During serving practice, for example, the player can determine the target position of the net band display on the line connecting the server's end line position and the target location where the ball will land, and repeatedly practice towards this target to master more accurate serving control techniques. Similarly, during passing practice, the player can set the passing position as a target and practice repeatedly, reflexively mastering more precise passing techniques. Furthermore, during net-blocking practice, the display monitors the practitioner's movements, allowing them to quickly respond to the spiker's leaping movements and accurately complete the net-blocking action, effectively learning net-blocking techniques.

As mentioned above, ball sports that use a net are not limited to volleyball. This practice net is also very suitable for practicing ball control in tennis, badminton, table tennis, and other sports.

The "training net" disclosed in Utility Model Publication No. 61-9648 (Patent Document 1) is ideal for learning the fundamentals of ball sports, such as volleyball, all the way to advanced skill. The net's main body consists of a net portion and an upper edge tape covering its upper edge. Colored and uncolored portions are alternately arranged at appropriate intervals on the upper edge tape, forming a separable and identifiable display portion.

For example, when practicing serving, the player can identify the target position of the indicator on the tape at the edge of the net, based on a line connecting the server's position on the end line and the opponent's court where the ball will land. Repeated practice toward this target helps refine serve control. Similarly, when practicing passing (dribbling), players can assess the setter's position and, based on the player's position, simulate the ball's intended destination. Repeated practice helps them reflexively master more precise dribbling techniques. Furthermore, when practicing netting, players can constantly use this indicator as a reference to master their movements, quickly respond to the attacker's jumps, and maintain the correct netting posture, making netting more effective. The device is then placed on the court as a ball hitting control practice device. The rope 3 is stretched parallel to and above the net 7, and can be used as a height target when the practitioner is practicing ball control.

On a related note, traditional methods for practicing ball control in soft tennis, such as using a cone placed at a desired location on the opponent's court as the target position, or using a towel hung at a specific location on the net as the target direction, and as shown in Patent Document 1, using a separable, identifiable display consisting of alternating colored and uncolored sections at appropriate intervals on the upper edge of the net as the target direction for practicing the ball's stroke. While these methods can help the ball land at the target position or be controlled in the target direction, they provide no indication of the ball's height, which presents a problem.

The ball hitting practice device shown in Patent Document 2 was designed by the applicant to solve the above-mentioned problem.

However, the left and right clubs in this system consist of an outer club and an inner club that can be extended and fixed at any position. A rope, which serves as the target height for the ball, is stretched between hooks at the top of the clubs. Adjusting the rope to a level position requires the use of a measuring tape or visual adjustment, making this a cumbersome operation. Furthermore, when the clubs are retracted, they are still longer than the height of the court posts, making them difficult to carry and store. Furthermore, the large number of parts and the resulting cost are also problematic.

Therefore, this invention aims to address the aforementioned issues. It serves as a practice tool for improving the direction of a shuttlecock or ball when hitting a racket in racket sports such as badminton, soft tennis, hard tennis, and table tennis. The goal is to achieve ease of mounting on a pole, enhance practice effectiveness, facilitate portability and storage, and reduce costs, providing a racket sports practice tool with a simple structure and excellent performance.

The above-mentioned problem is solved according to claim 1 of this invention. This invention is a practice tool for hitting a shuttlecock or ball in racket sports such as badminton, soft tennis, hard tennis, and table tennis. The main body consists of a lower pole for mounting on a court post and an upper pole for attaching a rope. The joint between the lower and upper poles is equipped with a pole top guide. The upper pole has a flange at its top. The side of the lower pole has side guides for securing it to the pole and holes for a fixing strap. The main body is complete and is arranged in pairs on the court posts. A rope is stretched between the upper poles of the left and right pairs, thereby solving the above-mentioned problem.

The above problem is solved according to claim 2 of this invention. Request 2 states that a detachable plate-shaped marker is provided on the rope to serve as a target for the direction of hitting the badminton or ball.

In this invention, the main body is composed of a lower rod for installation on a court pillar and an upper rod for installing a rope. The joint between the lower rod and the upper rod is provided with a pillar top guide device, the top of the upper rod is provided with a flange, and the side surface of the lower rod is equipped with a side guide device and a fixing belt through-hole for fixing to the pillar, thereby completely forming the main body. The following is a detailed description of the embodiments of this design with reference to the drawings. The following description and illustrations are all based on a badminton practice tool. Figure 1 is a front view of the main body (1), Figure 2 is an end view along the A-A line in Figure 1, and a schematic diagram of the state in which the fixing belt (8) is installed, and Figure 3 is a state diagram of the main body (1) installed on the pillar (12).

As shown in Figure 1, the main body (1) is composed of a lower rod (2a) and an upper rod (2b). A column top guide (3) is provided between the lower rod (2a) and the upper rod (2b), and a flange (4) is provided at the top of the upper rod (2b). In addition, the side of the lower rod (2a) is provided with a column side guide (5) and a fixing belt through hole (6), and the side of the upper rod (2b) is provided with a scale (7), thus completing the overall structure. The lower rod (2a) and the upper rod (2b) are made of a tubular material such as aluminum, steel or carbon fiber, and are formed into one piece (or formed into one piece by joining two parts together). The column top guide (3) provided at the junction of the lower rod (2a) and the upper rod (2b), as shown in FIG3, is hung on the top of the column (12) to serve as a positioning guide for the height position of the main body (1).

The column side guide (5) provided on the side of the lower rod (2a) is formed to conform to the diameter of the column (12) as shown in FIG2. When the column side guide (5) is attached to the side of the column (12), when the main body (1) is fixed to the column (12), it can prevent the main body from shifting up and down, left and right, and diagonally, thereby ensuring a stable fixation. In addition, although not shown, a non-slip rubber sheet or the like can be attached to the contact surface between the column side guide (5) and the column (12) to enhance the fixing effect. Similarly, when the fixing belt (8) is inserted into the fixing belt through hole (6) on the side of the lower rod (2a), the fixing belt itself can also prevent the main body (1) from shifting in the up and down direction and firmly fix the main body to the column (12). The fixing belt (8) is shown as a line in the figure, but it is actually a belt made of nylon or polyester, with a known fixing means such as Velcro or buckle at the end (not shown), which can ensure that the main body (1) is wrapped around the pillar (12) and fixed.

The top of the upper rod (2b) is provided with a flange (4) which serves as an anti-fall device when the end of the rope (9) is installed to prevent the rope from falling upwards, and also serves as the highest positioning point when the rope is tensioned. In addition, a scale (7) is provided on the side of the upper rod (2b) as a positioning reference for setting the upper and lower positions when installing the rope (9). For example, when the length of the upper rod (2b) is 30 cm, it can be marked every 10 cm. The scale (7) is displayed on the upper rod (2b) in the form of a line, but it can actually be displayed by general methods such as stamping, printing, labeling, etc., or the user can mark the desired position with a marker.

Figure 3 shows the main body (1) installed on the column (12), and Figure 4 shows the main body in use on the court (14). As shown in Figure 3, the main body (1) is hung on the top of a pair of left and right columns (12) set in the court (14), and is positioned using the column top guide (3). The column side guide (5) on the side of the lower rod (2a) is attached to the side of the column (12), and the fixing belt (8) is passed through the fixing belt through hole (6) and wrapped around the column (12) and fixed to complete the installation.

As shown in Figures 3 and 4, a badminton hitting target rope (9) is installed between a pair of upper rods (2b) and is tightened. When installing the rope (9), it can be easily tightened and kept horizontal (parallel to the net) by adjusting it according to the scale (7) on the side of the upper rod (2b). If the scale (7) is marked in multiple places, it is convenient to install multiple ropes (9). It is recommended that the rope (9) be bright colors such as orange and yellow, and be stretchable, easy to maintain a tightened state, and convenient for practitioners to clearly identify from the bottom line. When using a non-elastic rope (9), it can also be easily kept tightened through the rope stop (10). The rope (9) stretched parallel and horizontally between the left and right main bodies (1) can enhance the effect of controlling the height of badminton shots. Of course, the rope (9) can also be stretched obliquely and does not have to be horizontal.

As shown in Figures 3 and 4, a plate-shaped marker (11) is provided on the aforementioned rope (9). This marker can be freely disassembled and installed at the desired position and used as a target for the direction of the badminton racket hitting the ball, thereby further improving the training effect of controlling the direction of the badminton hitting the ball. The marker (11) is made of a lightweight plate material to prevent the rope (9) from sagging and deforming due to the load. The shape of the marker is not limited, and can be circular, donut-shaped (with holes), star-shaped, etc. There is no shape restriction. The upper end of the marker (11) is equipped with a hook with a clip, which can be hung on the rope (9). If the marker (11) is red, yellow, blue, etc., it is more convenient for the coach to indicate the direction of the ball, and the practitioner can also understand the coach's instructions more easily.

FIG5 illustrates another embodiment different from FIG2. In FIG2, the column side guide (5) on the side of the lower rod (2a) is attached to the column (12), and the main body (1) is fixed to the column (12) by the fixing belt (8) passing through the fixing belt through-hole (6); FIG5 illustrates omitting the column side guide (5), and instead using the fixing belt through-hole (6) to directly attach to the column (12) as a guide, and fixing the main body (1) to the column (12) by the fixing belt (8) passing through the fixing belt through-hole (6). This method is also feasible.

Figure 6 illustrates the connection between the lower and upper rods. As explained in paragraph 0016, the lower rod (2a) and upper rod (2b) can be formed as a single piece, including the case where they are joined together as a single piece. This figure illustrates a split connection, where the lower end of the upper rod (2b) is inserted into the upper end of the lower rod (2a), forming a single piece. This structure allows the length of the upper rod (2b) to be adjusted as needed. For example, the upper rod in Figure 6 (A) is shorter, while in Figure 6 (B) it is longer, making it easy to adjust the appropriate height according to the needs of different ball sports such as badminton, soft tennis, hard tennis, and billiards.

Claims (2)

A racket sports practice device, used for practicing hitting shuttlecocks or balls in racket sports such as badminton, soft tennis, hard tennis, and billiards, comprises a main body comprising a lower rod for mounting on a court post and an upper rod for mounting a rope. A post top guide is provided between the lower and upper rods, a flange is provided at the top of the upper rod, and a post side guide for mounting on the post and a through hole for a fixing strap are provided on the side of the lower rod. The main body is entirely composed of the aforementioned components and comprises a pair of left and right structures, with a rope stretched between the upper rods of the left and right pair of bodies. The racket sports training device as claimed in claim 1 is characterized in that a plate-shaped marker serving as a target for hitting a badminton or a ball is detachably provided on the rope.
