Abstract

The present invention provides a vehicle sunroof structure, which is mainly provided with an integrally formed sunroof. The shape of the sunroof matches the shape of the upper edge of the vehicle window frame. The upper edge and side edges of the sunroof are provided with a flat mating surface. The lower edge of the mating surface extends outward and is provided with a shielding plate. The inner side of the mating surface is provided with adhesive. The outer side of the mating surface is provided with a decorative strip. The two ends of the decorative strip are respectively provided with a guard. The inner side of the guard is provided with a groove for the end of the decorative strip to be embedded. The upper edge of the guard is provided with a baffle. The baffle is against the top edge of the mating surface of the decorative strip and the sunroof. In this way, the appearance of the sunroof can be beautified by the decorative strip, giving it a decorative effect and enhancing the texture of the overall appearance.

Car sunroof structure

The present invention relates to a vehicle sunroof structure, particularly one having a decorative effect that can enhance the overall appearance.

In order to allow air to circulate, most vehicles will roll down the windows to create a gap, so that the air inside and outside the car can be circulated. However, when it rains, rain will drip into the car through the gap of the window, soaking the people inside. Or when the car is driving at high speed, wind will rush into the car through the gap to form a strong wind pressure, which can easily cause the car body to shake, and will blow the hair of the people inside the car and cause discomfort. If the sunlight is strong, the sunlight will shine into the car through the gap. Therefore, most cars will install a sunshade on the upper edge of the window frame. Generally, the sunshade is made of acrylic material in one piece and is directly pasted on the edge of the window frame to block the sunlight, rain and wind pressure. However, the general sunshade has no decorative effect on the appearance and is extremely inconsistent when assembled on the car body.

The main purpose of this invention is to provide a vehicle sunroof structure that can effectively solve the shortcomings of conventional vehicle sunroofs.

The present invention relates to a novel vehicle sunroof structure, which is mainly provided with an integrally formed sunroof. The shape of the sunroof matches the shape of the upper edge of the vehicle window frame. The upper edge and side edges of the sunroof are provided with a flat mating surface. The advantages of this new type of car sunroof structure are: it can beautify the appearance of the sunroof, make it have a decorative effect, and enhance the overall appearance and texture.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose and effect, the technical means adopted by the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the preferred embodiments and accompanying drawings:

The embodiment of the present invention, as shown in the first and second figures, mainly comprises an integrally formed sunroof 1. The shape of the sunroof 1 matches the shape of the upper edge of the vehicle window frame. A flat mating surface 10 is provided on the upper edge and side of the sunroof 1. The lower edge of the mating surface 10 extends outward and is provided with a shield 11. Adhesive 2 is provided on the inner side of the mating surface 10. A decorative strip 3 is provided on the outer side of the mating surface 10 of the sunroof 1. A guard 4 is provided at each end of the decorative strip 3. The inner side surface of the guard 4 is provided with an embedding groove 40. A baffle 41 is provided on the upper edge of the guard 4. Thus, a sunroof structure for a vehicle is provided.

When assembling the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to the first to third figures. The decorative strip 3 is glued to the outer side of the mating surface 10 of the rain/rain window 1, and then the two guards 4 are glued to the two ends of the decorative strip 3, so that the two ends of the decorative strip 3 are respectively embedded in the embedding grooves 40 of the two guards 4, and the baffles 41 of the guards 4 are against the decorative strip 3 and the top edge of the mating surface 10 of the rain/rain window 1, which can prevent the two ends of the decorative strip 3 from curling up and have a decorative effect. In this way, the overall assembly can be completed.

When using the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to the fourth figure. The inner side of the mating surface 10 of the sunroof 1 of this invention is adhered to the upper edge 50 of the window frame of the vehicle 5 with adhesive 2. When the window is opened downward to form a gap, the shield 11 of the sunroof 1 can be shielded, so that the air circulation in the vehicle can be maintained regardless of sunny days, rainy days or when the vehicle is moving, without affecting the driving conditions. In addition, a decorative strip 3 is provided on the upper edge of the sunroof 1, which can beautify the appearance of the sunroof 1, give it a decorative effect, and enhance the texture of the overall appearance to match the overall shape of the vehicle.

In summary, the present invention has indeed achieved its intended purpose and efficacy, and is more ideal and practical than those skilled in the art. Claims (1)

A vehicle sunroof structure mainly comprises an integrally formed sunroof, the shape of which matches the shape of the upper edge of the vehicle window frame. The upper edge and side edges of the sunroof are provided with a flat mating surface, the lower edge of which extends outwardly in an arc shape and is provided with a shielding plate, the inner side of which is provided with adhesive, and the outer side of which is provided with a decorative strip, each end of which is provided with a guard, the inner side of which is provided with a groove for the end of the decorative strip to be embedded, and the upper edge of the guard is provided with a baffle, which abuts against the top edge of the mating surface of the decorative strip and the sunroof.
